Founder Sharon Hamilton has spent more than 25 years in the real estate industry, working across sales, leadership, operations, and compliance. She has been a Licensed Real Estate for over 20 years, a REIWA Grandmaster Award recipient as well as a well respected Justice Of The Peace in WA.

Over that time, Sharon built a reputation for doing things properly — clear communication, strong processes, and consistent results

As her career progressed, Sharon became known not only for strong performance, but for her ability to lift the people around her. This naturally led her into training and presenting, including her time as Head Trainer at West Coast Property Training, where she delivered programs focused on sales growth, leadership, team development, and legislative compliance.
